Our country India celebrates its 78th Independence day on August 15th 2024.Independence day always reminds us that amidst all our differences in language,culture,religion, we all are still one,as Indians under one nation.It gives us a sense of togetherness and people come together to celebrate Independence day in schools,colleges,government institutions,in their homes and community they live.
At Ekadaksha Independence day 2024 was celebrated with a Tricolor theme.The children and teachers came in shades of tricolor.They also made a simple chart with the color shades of Saffron,white,green and blue with a message written on the chart.
Express A came in orange and displayed the message - "Motivation will make us independent in exploring"
Express B came in white and displayed the message - "Communication will make us independent in expressing"
Experience 3A came in green and displayed the message - "Support will make us independent in experiencing"
Experience 3B came in blue and displayed the message - "Acceptance will make us independent in sharing our world"
Each class marched to the center with their charts and posed for a photograph.What the message means to us was explained and after all the charts were displayed, a group picture depicting our Tricolor flag was taken. The charts were then displayed on the notice board.
A flag was hoisted by a student. The unique thing was that the flag was made by them during their art & craft class.After flag hoisting all children and teachers saluted the flag, sang the national anthem and paid their respects to our nation.They then listened to patriotic songs. Theyenjoyed the day with patriotism towards their nation.
On this independence day let us pledge and make a promise to ourselves that we will maintain brotherhood,help everyone,do our part for our country and be responsible citizens of India.Lets accept people for who they are,accept people with their differences and make this world a beautiful place to live.Together,lets celebrate our Independence day and make our country Proud.Jai Hind.
