November 14th 2017, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawharlal Nehru is celebrated as Children's day all over India. It is a way to honour him for the love and fondness he had for children. "Children see magic because they look for it". Indeed moments with children are magical and always interesting.
Today was a magical day at Ekadaksha wherein all the children came dressed beautifully and brightly. Each child was given the opportunity to showcase their unique talents - Singing, playing a game, socialising, imitating, art, demonstrating household chores - And what not!!! Cheers and claps motivated all the children as they expressed themselves. After the extraordinary performances, the children were treated to a plateful of yummy snacks. Then is was time to dance to their favourite peppy numbers.
The weather which played spoilsport for a number of days, was pleasant today to create a magical, fun atmosphere to celebrate.
HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY!!! Celebrating children, Celebrating childhood, Celebrating magic...
