"Songs with musical instruments" activity was planned and conducted by Ms.J.Sumangali,Special educator,ELC.

Everyone loves music and so do our children.They love exploring the musical instruments.This activity gave the opportunity for the children to play musical instruments in a rhythm of songs sung by the teachers.

Each class were given a musical instrument. Express A children had drums, Express B children had the modified shakers,Experience 5A children had the tumbler and spoon, Mini vocational programme children had the hand cymbals instrument.

Rhymes - "Pachai kiliyae vaa vaa" ,"Maampazhamaam maampazham" and Cine songs "Appdi podu" and "Aaluma doluma" were chosen and sung by the teachers while the children played their musical instruments according to the rhythm of these songs.
