The game "Four corners" was conducted at Ekadaksha by Ms.J.Sumangali,Special educator.
The four corners of the hall were decorated into four color corners - Red,Green,Yellow and Blue by sticking color charts, color dupatta and other materials. The teacher gave a demo and explained the rules of the game, where in,people will run around in the center and music will be played. When music stops, they could choose any corner and stand in that corner. Then the teacher will roll the color dice. Whatever color comes on the dice, the people standing in that color corner will be considered out of the game.
After watching the demo, children played the game. Children enjoyed as well as learnt many things. They learnt to listen to instructions, move around and make color choice of their own.Children who were out of the game, learnt to sit and cheer for the others who were playing. Thus, the fun game was not only fun but an opportunity for learning many things.
