Ms. Mercy, Special educator planned a free colouring activity.
A big chart was stuck on the floor and the whole school - children,teachers and volunteers sat around the chart as per their house groups.
They were given crayons and sketch pens. They coloured the chart according to their choice of colours.When the teacher said "change" they changed the colour they were using. Music was played in the background while the children enjoyed colouring a beautiful art piece.
The children learnt to create an art piece together, changing colours and sharing space with their peers.
At the end they had a fun dance. The teacher would call out a colour and that house children would stand up and dance. For example: When the teacher called out, "Red" the children and teachers of Red hourse got up and danced to the tune.
